Finding Harmony
Whether I'm helping clients design their Path to Harmony and Wellbeing or working with a coach, consultant, or business leader to re-envision and redesign their course(s) and/or program into impactful learning experiences that optimize outcomes, we focus on practice in order to achieve and demonstrate the mastery of skills. From our first consultation, I'm here to help you design your Path which means I'm here to support you on YOUR journey. Remember that learning something new or changing a pattern takes time, practice and patience. It's a lot like like going from deciding to run a marathon, all the way to actually running a marathon all the way to the finish line. We're in this together!
There is a right way and a wrong way to do things. You can practice shooting eight hours a day, but if your technique is wrong, then all you become is very good at shooting the wrong way.
During our time together, my role is to serve as your coach guiding and supporting you along the way. Any coach can tell you that growth only comes when you stretch beyond what you think you can do and practice more than you think you can endure. When you read and dive (research) deeper, think longer, and create more enthusiastically, that is when the learning and changes will really occur. That is also when we are able to find harmony and wellbeing.
